Player Ratings Vs Bournemouth: Williams proves his class despite defeat
David Martin - 7 - At times kept Dons in it. Couldn’t really do much about any of the goals.
Jon Otsemobor - 5 - Hard to look past the dreadful pass back which didn’t have the legs, gifting Bournemouth the opener.
Dean Lewington - 6 - Physical as ever, but not really called upon on the left. Caught up field to allow Grabban to break for the second goal.
Shaun Williams - 8 - Despite being on the end of three goals, did everything right. Was Dons’ stand out man, even came closest with a strike off the post.
Mathias Doumbe - 7 - Like Williams, looked in control but probably could have done better with the second goal. Came off for Smith.
Darren Potter - 6 - Not enough impact when Dons needed him most. Played sideways all too often.
Chris Lines - 6 - Decent home debut, played some good triangles with Harley and Potter, but no penetration.
Ryan Harley - 6 - Like Potter and Lines, looked good on the ball with little end product.
Adam Chicksen - 6 - Was forming a dangerous looking partnership with Lewington on the left, but was sacrificed at half time for McLeod.
Dean Bowditch - 6 - Went long spells without the ball, and didn’t do much with it at feet.
Ryan Lowe - 5 - Terrible challenge on Elphick minutes after he was warned about his conduct. Deserved his red card.
Subs:
McLeod - 6 - Spared blushes by the offside flag, but could have done better with qa couple of chances.
Alan Smith - 7 - Added a physical drive to the side, but too little too late.
Zeli Ismail - 6 - Looked keen, but too late to have an impact.
