Player ratings vs Oldham:

David Martin - 6 - Made up for his error on Saturday with a sturdy performance.

George Baldock - 8 - Showed no signs of injury, rifling home his first goal for the club. Looks at home at right back.

Jordan Spence - 7 - Kept Jon Stead very quiet in the first half, and stood up to Oldham’s second half attacks well.

Antony Kay - 8 - Won everything in the air again. An excellent showing.

Dean Lewington - 7 - Solid, if unspectacular.

Stephen Gleeson - 8 - Taken over the responsibility of pulling the strings, and he’s doing it with style and confidence.

Dele Alli - 7 - Looks to be excelling himself alongside Gleeson, getting stuck in in the centre of the park.

Daniel Powell - 5 - Gave the ball away far too often, frustrating his manager.

Luke Chadwick - 6 - Lacked the pace and touch he really needed to make an impact.

Izale McLeod - 7 - Caused problems from early on, and took his goal very well.

Subs:

Ryan Hall - 6 - Had a great chance to wrap things up, bugt squandered it. Still finding his fitness.

Larnell Cole - 6 - Showed some promising moments of good things to come.

Alan Smith - Too late to make a real impact, but settled things down.
