Have your say

David Martin - 7 - Might be getting bored of playing at stadium:mk after yet another uneventful afternoon for the keeper, but a third clean sheet of the season was his reward.

Dean Lewington - 7 - A fairly easy afternoon for the skipper, and the rest of the back four. Spotted Charlie MacDonald’s run to release him for the only goal of the game.

Jon Otsemobor - 7 - With Yeovil offering nothing going forward, Otsemobor was more of a potent threat in the attacking third, particularly in the second half.

Gary MacKenzie - Lasted just 11 minutes before suffering a dead leg and being taken off. Replaced by Antony Kay.

Shaun Williams - 7 - A quiet afternoon for the Irishman, who hardly touched the ball to put a foot wrong. Enjoyed a good battle with Gozie Ugwu, getting the better of the striker.

Darren Potter - 7 - Not quite as influential as fans have come to expect, but found himself in front of goal a lot more too. Forced Marek Stech into a good save and put a header just wide of the mark.

Stephen Gleeson - 6 - A quiet game for the midfielder as Dons made use of the space on the wings rather than attacking down the middle.

Luke Chadwick - 8 - Was part of everything in the attacking third. Had the best chance of the first half, hit the post in the second, and should have scored late on but unselfishly passed to MacDonald who was adjudged to be offside.

Daniel Powell - 8 - His fine form continued on Saturday with another influential display. Has a great relationship with Chadwick just inside him, and the pair terrorised Yeovil’s defence.

Dean Bowditch - 7 - Keen to impress against his former club, he was a big threat, particularly in the first half, winning a series of corners and generally causing a nuisance. Replaced by Jimmy Bullard.

Ryan Lowe - 6 - While Dons created a lot of chances, Lowe didn’t really get a sniff of goal. Rightly vented his frustration when Powell went for goal rather than finding him unmarked at the back post midway through the first half. Replaced by MacDonald.

Subs:

Antony Kay - 7 - Called upon earlier than he might have expected to replace MacKenzie. Had a trouble-free afternoon.

Charlie MacDonald - 7 - Looked dangerous with every attack Dons created once he came on. Should have had two, maybe even a hat-trick.

Jimmy Bullard - Came on at the death to help frustrate Yeovil in possession.

Top Don: Luke Chadwick.
