CHIEF scout Alex Rae has left MK Dons to link up with former boss Paul Ince at Blackpool.
This is the second time the 43-year-old has left the club. He was on the coaching staff under Paul Ince when the manager left the club, staying on as one of Karl Robinson’s first team coaches. But when Ince landed the top job at Notts County, Rae quickly followed him to Meadow Lane.
After Ince was sacked shortly afterwards, Rae returned to the fold at stadium:mk, this time as Robinson’s chief scout.
But after Blackpool unveiled Ince as their new boss, Rae has once again made the switch to join his old Wolves midfield playing partner.
Speaking about the acquisition of Rae, Ince said: “He came up from Milton Keynes yesterday so that’s all done and dusted.
“He’s got a vast amount of knowledge which he can lend to the players and the rest of the staff. He’s now part of the team.”
