Newport Pagnell Town hit a purple patch over the Easter weekend, picking up four points from six.

It was a five-star performance on Saturday which ensured Town’s safety in the UCL Premier Division, as they hammered bottom club Stewart & Lloyds Corby 5-0.

Goals that day came from manager Darren Lynch, Craig Ralph, Lewis Smith, Luca Seminero and James Gregory completing the rout.

It wasn’t as comfortable on Easter Monday, but the 1-1 draw with AFC Kempston made it three unbeaten for the Swans.

Matt Brady gave Newport a second half lead, but Steph Kemoanga equalised with 17 minutes to go.

Newport’s final game of the season is at home to Wisbech on Saturday, kick off at 3pm.
