Abbey Hill are giving away 30 memberships to budding young golfers as part of National Golf month.

Throughout the initiative, designed to introduce more families into the game, Abbey Hill will invite local visitors to enter into a prize draw, with the winners to be announced on June 1.

Junior members at Abbey Hill have full access to the facilities, which include a main 18-hole course, a 9-hole short course ideal for learning, as well as a driving range and extensive practice areas.

Andrew Scholey, General Manager at Abbey Hill, commented: “We’re very excited to be able to welcome the new group of kids to our already thriving junior section.

“At Abbey Hill we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, all-embracing environment, for children and their families to learn the game.

“We know they form the future of this centre, so it’s safe to say the future looks bright!”

“The game teaches children many important life skills, and making the sport as accessible as possible to the younger generation is essential if the game is going to continue to grow.”
