Orbit MK used the recent friendly competition to give their newest recruits some experience on their way to the National Standard.
Lucy Pangbourne began competition in the U17 girls Regional E grade. After a nervous beginning Lucy warmed to the task, improving with each routine, and finished in fifth place.
Lacey Butler and Rachel Marsh jumped in the U11 G grade girls and finished a fine second and ninth respectively.
In the U13 grade F, Orbit had a team who took a contested second place. Millie Heathcote finished, sixth. Chloe Miles came 11th, Jayde Latimer 10th, Rebecca Dormer 13th.
Taking part in only her second competition, Charlotte Pollard took an impressive sixth position in the U17 girls G.
Jumping up a league in the girls Regional D grade Ciara O’Brien ended her day in sixth place.
Kathryn Marsh went some places better than her younger sister in the U19 F grade holding on to fourth place in a competitive field.
In the U13 G grade, fortunes were much more mixed, with Jayne Pangbourne suffering a fall and finishing in 13th place, while Millie Cole had a fine competition and came second.
Charlie Roberts, Orbit’s only male competitor, jumped well above his age in the U15s G, but took a deserved third.
In the U15 girls E grade, the Orbit team romped home in first place with Lauren Muttitt eighth Anya Butler sixth and Georgia Makel fifth.
