Could you help disabled people take to the slopes at the Snowzone?

Disability Snowsport UK caters for virtually all forms of disability by helping them with a wide selection of adaptive snowsports equipment, from standard skis or snowboards to specialist seated mono or bi-skis.

And after hosting an Access For All Race in August, the Adaptive Ski Group in Milton Keynes are looking for new participants and volunteers this winter on the second Sunday evening of each month.

Local volunteer Steve Challen said: “The profile of Disabled Snowsports has benefited greatly from the success of the GB Team at the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, and we are extremely fortunate to have such excellent facilities available for disabled people living in the local counties of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire”.
