It has certainly been a busy year for Peter Mogridge, having returned from his third induction to a martial arts Hall of Fame.
Most recently, he was inducted into the Martial Arts Illustrated Magazine Hall of Fame awards ceremony in Burton on Trent for his dedication to martial arts over the last 40 years.
He has also received a Master Award from The London International Martial Arts Hall of Fame back in June and was also officially inducted into their Hall of fame as well.
And he got even more good news at the beginning of November, being inducted into the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame (U.S.A) by Master Edwin Viola.
Peter runs and owns Urban Wing Chun Kung Fu School in Milton Keynes which is under the Samuel Kwok Wing Chun Martial Art Association, which is the largest Ip Man Wing Chun association in the world.
He said: “It’s a huge honour for me to be entered into all three of the Halls of Fame. I’m very proud.
“Wing Chun is a very unique and scientific form of martial arts.
“Wing Chun’s specialty is in close contact combat, using quick punches and kicks with a tight defence, coordinated through agile stances and footwork for a quick advance.”
Every Sunday morning, teachs a children’s Wing Cun class for youngsters from 6-13 at the Memorial Hall in Woburn Sands.
