Willen continued their march towards the New City Heating Premier Division title with a 3-0 victory over rivals Wolvy Town on Sunday.

Second placed Santander A enjoyed a comfortable 5-2 win against Stoke Hammond, while Olney Town edged past reigning champions Stony Stratford Town 2-1.

There were few shocks in Division One, with leaders Coachmakers Arms less than convincing in their 5-3 win over Open University.

Promotion hopefuls FC MMIX and New Bradwell had a close battle, with the latter winning by a single goal.

New City Saints beat MK United 3-2 and Punjab were 3-0 winners against Stanton Manor.

Runaway Division Two leaders RJ Fitness downed closest rivals Southcott 3-0, while IDW saw off Bletchley Wanderers 3-1 and bottom of the table Santander B kept up their recent good form with a 1-1 draw with Stacey Bushes.

League secretary Richard Armstrong is welcoming any new teams to the league for next season. Call him on 07961 801860.
