David Martin - 6 - Unlucky with all of the goals, and otherwise unchallenged.

Dean Lewington - 6 - His mistake lead to the second goal, but looked more comfortable as a narrow centre half in the second period.

Jon Otsemobor - 6 - Made some impressive looking breaks forward, but was caught up field too often.

Gary MacKenzie - 7 - Given a torrid first half by Harewood and Dagnall, but kept Scotland quiet after the break.

Shaun Williams - 8 - After a busy first half in defence, he had a huge influence on the game in the second as he moved into midfield.

Darren Potter - 6 - Was barely given a second to think as Perkins and Hassell kept him in close quarters all afternoon.

Ryan Harley - 6 - Looked to get involved, but had little influence as the Barnsley midfield smothered him. Replaced at half time by Chicksen.

Daniel Powell - 6 - Largely isolated on the right flank but got more involved alongside Smith up front.

Dean Bowditch - 7 - His persistence lead to Dons’ goal, a well taken break, but worringly hobbled down the tunnel with a reoccurrence of his groin injury.

Alan Smith - 8 - Seems to thrive against clubs from Yorkshire. Brilliant in the air, held play up excellently, came close with two second half chances. His stoppage time red card looked dubious at best.

Subs:

Adam Chicksen - 7 - His arrival brought about a change in formation for Dons, and shifted the tide. Looked a threat down the left.

Chris Lines - 6 - Replaced the injured Bowditch and added an aerial threat going forward.
