Milton Keynes is the name on everyone’s lips in the netball world after yet another dominant performance from the Netters.
Three age groups - the U14s, U16s and U19s - have made it through to the south region league in Southampton to take on the best the area has to offer.
Only the top eight in each age group get selected to form the south regional league which is used as the qualifying league to represent the region at National Club finals next May.
Last year the U14s squad did phenomenally well, finishing as the third best team in the county at the National Finals.
This time around, the club is delighted to have got squads in all three age groups through to the finals, knocking out some of the best netball competition the south has to offer along the way.
And now, the club have set their sights on winning the nationals next year.
The success doesn’t stop there though for the U14s.
The young squad, who are mostly made up of 11 and 12-year-olds, competing against girls two years older than they are, have all been called up to represent Norths Bucks at county level.
Two others - Isla Duguid and Freya Keoghane - have also been called up to represent the Mavericks Youth Development squad.
