Arabian returned from the National Tulips team event in Spalding with two titles and one runner-up place to show for their fantastic efforts.

Four teams from the club took part in the competition, and it was gold for the quartet of Molly Harris, Millie Barnes, Hannah Bond and Phoebe Copestake who won the level four crown, and Lara Moffat, Emily Kettle, Tayla Smyth and Emilee Brooks who finished top of the pile in the level five category.

Individual golds were won by Phoebe for her floor and balance beam exploits, and Molly on asymmetric bars, while Millie collected silvers on floor and vault.

Ellie Kealy took silver for her fantastic balance beam routine and there was a fine display from Lucy Thompson in her first team event.

Emilee was the youngest competitor in the event, aged just seven-years-old. She was the highest scoring gymnast on the asymmetric bars, with Tayla 2nd, as Emily and Lara both shone on floor.

The senior section had two Arabian teams out fighting for podium finishes and one team was 000.2 from earning bronze medals, as the other finished as runners-up.

However, both teams took to the podium as Arabian were deemed the best club, with all floor routines winning gold and silver placings.

Kyla Howton secured gold for her striking floor routine, while Tionne Cumberbatch came 2nd on floor and 3rd on beam as she powered her way to be the highest scoring team gymnast.

Sophie Fretwell delivered silver on vault and there were also good performance from Bex Whatmore.

In the other team, Poppy Gibbs was 6th place on beam and vault, as Lucy Johnston took silver on floor, and there were good displays by Casey Hodges and Louisa Cuthbert as they kept the pressure up on the teams above them.
