Julian, swimming in the 45-49 year age group, took gold in the 200m butterfly, silver in the 100 and 50m butterfly, and bronze in the 400m individual medley.

The CMK masters train every week at Stantonbury and Bletchley. Anyone interested in joining for a trial can get in touch through www.cmksc.com or email masters@cmksc.com
