Large meet a big success for swim club

LAST weekend saw the City of Milton Keynes Swimming Club host a large Level 2 meet at Bletchley Leisure Centre.

There were more than 1,700 swims over two days and it was another example of the well run meets that CMKSC is renowned for, drawing swimmers from all over the country.

The meet was a big success with fast swims for all teams and great feedback from those competing who attained regional and national qualifying times.

Many CMK swimmers performed individual best times gaining qualification for county and regional championships later in the season. There were event wins for Lucy Farmer, Chris Lock, Bethany Barby, Eden Turin, Oliver Lines, Charlotte Evans, Aaron Lee, Emma Joyce, Jason Ashley, Joss Ulyett, Courtney Dos Santos, Rory Dougall, Matt Masters, Lauren Revell, Miles McAuliffe, Isobel Jones, Ben Flaherty, Emily Jones and Rebecca Marshall.
