IT’S tight at the top of the Milton Keynes Table Tennis League Division One, with only one point separating the top three teams.

Leaders MK Powers had a shock 7-3 defeat to Greenleys Warriors, as Matthew Haverly, Nick Thibieroz and John Tarleton all won two games.

In Division Two, top team MK Hydra were also defeated by MK Marlborough, with Julie Snowdon winning all of her games. Julie has only lost six games all season with an 80 per cent average.

MK Bandits have now moved one point above Hydra after their 8-2 victory against Newport Blackadders.

Division Three has Newport Lagondas on top by 14 points, but it’s very close near the foot of the division with only 11 points separating the bottom five teams.

And Division Four sees a similar position occurring, with only six points between the bottom five teams.

Premier Division: MK Rovers 5-5 Greenleys Kings, MK Stormers 4-6 Respect Consulting Kaisers, Greenleys Legends 2-8 MK Kingpins.

Division One: Greenleys Warriors 7-3 MK Powers, MK Phoenix 7-3 Woburn Sands Data, MK Pumas 7-3 MK Tornadoes.

Division Two: MK Bandits 8-2 Newport Pagnell Blackadders, MK Shambles 7-3 MK Nobs Mobs, MK Marlborough 7-3 MK Hydra.

Division Three: Mursley Swallows 6-4 MK Musketeers, Padbury Night Owls 6-4 Greenleys Troopers, St Christopher Van Hire 1-9 Newport Pagnell Lagondas, Woburn Sands Mosquitoes 3-7 Open University Dragons.

Division Four: Mursley Swifts 3-7 Chackmore Hasbeens, Open University Falcons 8-2 MK Eagles, MK Cavaliers 4-6 Shenley Sharpshooters, Chackmore Wannabes 5-5 Mursley Meths.

Division Five: Mursley Strikers 4-6 Little Horwood Caliber, Shenley Rockets 7-3 Greenleys Valiants, MK Dons 6-4 Greenleys Dukes.

Division Six: Respect Consulting Tigers 7-3 Open University Newcomers, Greenleys Cardinals 8-2 St Christopher Buzzards, Stony Stratford Crickets 9-1 MK Allsorts, MK Flames 4-6 Mursley Magpies.

Division Seven: Respect Consulting Chaos 1-9 Padbury Otters, Little Horwood Caliber Destroyers 1-9 Greenleys Moghuls, MK Braves 6-4 Respect Consulting Champions, Woburn Sands Rams 3-7 St Christopher Crunchers.
