AS the snow melted away, Milton Keynes Gymnastics saw a record number of more than 200 youngsters compete in their 2013 winter club competition.
For many of the older gymnasts it was a warm-up to get them ready for grades competition and their trip to Austria, but for the younger members it was their first time taking part in an event like it – and even though there were a few nerves, they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The gymnasts competed on floor and vault and delivered some great routines from recreation, pre-school, development, women’s artistic, men’s artistic and tumbling. Well done to all who took part.
