Milton Keynes played host to what Rugby World Cup limited have described as the biggest rugby event of all time.

More than 25 million people from all over the world tuned in to watch Japan’s 26-5 win over Samoa at stadium:mk on Saturday on their TVs, mobiles, computers and tablet streams giving it the largest audience for one single match.

And with more than 87,000 fans – breaking the stadium:mk attendance record each time – watching the three hugely entertaining matches at the ground since last Thursday, the tournament has certainly left a positive mark on Milton Keynes.
