Olney kids double-up in victory

Olney U16s recorded a 36-8 win over Marlow, the fixture doubling up as a Bucks Cup and league fixture, the tries from George Clark, Drew York, Cam Maclean, Josh Cassell, Joe Rice and Matt Sandall with three conversions from George Johnston.

>> Olney U15s eased into the semi-final of the Bucks Cup with a 54-5 win over Beaconsfield, the tries from Simon Smith (2), Will Greenall (2), Dan Stewardson (2), JJ Ray, Jake Chalmers, Aaron Parsons, James Nixon with Stewardson and Chalmers each adding one conversion.

>> Olney U10s beat Wellingborough 5-2 with tries from Sebastian Combes (3), Harvey Fielden and Alden Price while the B side lost out 3-2, their tries from Adam Grandy and Dan Wheatle with the 'mixed' team winning 2-1 with both tries from Alden Price (2).

>> Olney U9s won their first match 7-1 with tries from Cobie Chapman (2), Izaak Soul (2), Simon Boyce, James Minter and Barnaby Ollerhead, won the second 9-1 with scores from Soul (3), Boyce (2), Ollerhead (2), Chapman and Thomas Murray.

They also won the third game 4-2 with Ollerhead (2), Murray and Soul scoring. The U9 development squad gained 7-2 and 8-2 wins over Long Buckby.

>> Olney U8s faced Wellingborough, the Sharks winning 12-9 with tries from Zack Parkinson (5), Ben Brear (3), Oliver Megeary (2), Alex Demontes, Freddy Humphries (2), Joseph French, Zack Southern and Rhys Stickland with Crazy G's drawing 9-9 with their tries from Cerith Beynon, Cole Cheeseman, James Tomason, Lawrence Cook (3), James Herman, Ben Rowath, Alex Blackburn, Louis Fielden (4) and George Roberts (2) with the Bandits losing out 8-5 with their tries from Struan Brooks (2), Georgia Brock (4) and Oliver Comer (2).

>> The U7s lost out 9-8 to Wellingborough in their first game, the tries from Albert Lindley (3), Joseph Brock (3), Oliver Shoreland and Henry Smith, winning the second game with tries from Lindley (3), Thomas Brooks (2), Joshua Klezcowski (2), Joshua Wilkins, Harry Thomas and Tomos Mather and winning the third game 8-1 with the scores from Thomas (2), Brooks (2), Joshua Lyon (2), James Hitchins and Danny Trott and they also won the fourth game 10-2, the tries from Huw Turner (2), Shoreland (2), Brock (2), Hitchins (2), Jack Jordan and Trott.
