A new initiative to encourage people into table tennis has launched in Milton Keynes.
Ping! is an innovative street ping pong project which provides people with opportunities to play social and competitive table tennis, free of charge.
On Wednesday, the first tables were unveiled around thecentre:mk, before on Thursday, also National Table Tennis Day, table tennis ace Andrew Baggaley took on all comers at Milton Keynes Central railway station.
Ping! is new to Milton Keynes in 2014 and is being delivered by Milton Keynes Council Sports Development Team, in partnership with Make a Difference, Table Tennis England, The Parks Trust, Spotlight on Bletchley, thecentre:mk, Midsummer Place, Xscape, Olney Town Council, Campbell Park Parish Council and Walton Parish Council.
