The gloves are off in the fight against cancer, thanks to some boxing enthusiasts entering the ring for a Ultra White Collar Boxing event.
Callum Bonthrone, gym manager for PureGym Milton Keynes, is taking part in the event with six personal trainers who work at the club.
The bouts will take place on December 21 at WonderWorld nightclub in the Xscape, with all funds going to Cancer Research.
None of the competitors have a boxing background, and have instead gone through eight weeks of intensive training to get their fists and feet up to speed, at both at Total Dojo in Bletchley, and at PureGym in Snowdon Drive.
Mr Bonthrone said: “We’ll be stepping in to the ring to get sweaty, beaten, and tired for a great cause that is so close to so many of our hearts.
“Although there’s a lot of trepidation about what’s in store for us, we’re all thrilled to be involved.”
