ACROBATS suspended from giant balloons, gas jets flaring into the night sky and landmark buildings as the backdrop to a stunning slide show.
That's the Light Fantastic and it's coming to Central Milton Keynes!

On Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 Saxon Gate will host a street party the like of which has never been seen in the city before.

Supported by Milton Keynes Partnership, thecentre:mk, Midsummer Place, the Citizen and a host of others, Light Fantastic is having its UK debut here combining light and special effects, technology and entertainment with the theme of the MK40 celebrations.

There will be pyrotechnics, giant projections and lasers choreographed to music.
Leading outdoor acts Transe Express and the Heliosphere will entertain from above while community arts groups Festive Road and Wolverton Lantern Committee will produce a spectacular Light Parade with local schools.

Food and drink from around the world will be served in a Global Cafe area... and the best bit – it's all FREE!
