Ghosts and ghouls were out in force last night to celebrate Halloween in spooky style.
And the trick and treat message appears to have got through, with police recording a very quiet October 31.

A spokesman said: "We had much fewer calls than we usually have at this time of year.

"It was very quiet across Milton Keynes and it went very well."
