David Bradley as the the first Doctor Who, William Hartnell - David is one of the stars set for Collectormania this weekend

Visitors to this weekend’s Collectormania session will get an early chance to peek inside the spanking new arena at Stadium:mk, which will host the event for the first time.

And it means that Collecto’ fans can once again get set for another big weekend of star-spotting and memorabilia buying, starting on Friday.

This time, David Bradley is among the star turn out, and his arrival here is particularly timely – seeing as he is playing the first ever Doctor in the BBCs Doctor Who 50th Anniversary special – which airs this weekend.

Also showing up over the course of the weekend, get ready to welcome Star Wars face Billy Dee Williams, and Iain Glen – currently starring in the phenomenally success ful Game of Thrones.

The sporting world is never ignored by the Collecto’ crew, and they’ve come up with lots of good stuff this time too – they have lured New Zealand All Blacks Rugby star Jonah Lomu to the new city to meet you and sign his squiggle on your prints.

He is big in name and big in stature, but he’s not the only one, and Frank Bruno is also coming along, joining wrestler Bobby Lashley and WWE diva Maria Kanellis.

Aside from the guests, trader stalls will be selling the best in merchandise, from comics to movie inspired clothing, signed photos to model ornaments and standees, and everything inbetween.

If you’ve a movie obsessed pal, this is where you’ll get their Christmas present sorted!

Collectormania runs from Friday through to Sunday, 9am to 6pm daily.

Admission is free.

Not all stars will be appearing all days.
