NO Strings, the city-based acapella singing collective, have organised a concert for this Sunday evening.

All proceeds from the event at Chrysalis Theatre in Willen Park will go directly to MK Parkinson's Society, helping to swell the coffers for the charity's essential work here.

"This promises to be a superb evening of musical entertainment with the emphasis on variety and fun," commented Gerry Baker from the local arm of the society.

Delivering that entertainment, you'll catch performances from the Music Makers of Milton Keynes, Stantonbury Brass Ensemble and dB4, the medal-winning men's barbershop quartet.

Naturally, you can expect the harmonies to fly from No Strings too. The night is being called A Musical Evening With No Strings, after all!

Tickets to the event are on sale now at £8 each and they can be purchased directly from the MK Parkinson's Disease Society by calling up MK 562738.

Judging by their press shot, this night should boast big smiles all round!
