A great night in...out in Bedford

A COUPLE of reasons to wave ta-da to MK in favour of Bedford this week, beginning with Esquires’ Big Night In tomorrow night.

Artists appearing at the triple stage venue include retro coastal beat rockers Dynaphone Records, new city sweet soul singer Nicky Prince, and rock titans Stray.

So it really will be home from home.

“Our ‘Big Night In’ is actually the perfect opportunity for people to have a great night out, enjoy a variety of acts and support their local music scene at the same time,” says new owner Rob Butterfield.

Admission is a fiver, and you’ll get more information by heading to www.bedfordesquires.co.uk

>Return to the venue on Sunday night and catch hyped quartet Mona (right) in the live.

The Nashville chaps have already gained fans in Jools Holland and Zane Lowe and bagged the MTV Award labelled ‘One’s to watch’.

It’s a decidedly hot ticket, this is. The debut album will hit in May, but splash £7 and catch the buzz now.
