Mascots: On your marks, get set, go!

THE Theatre District will be overrun by furry intruders on Saturday, when the annual Mascot Olympics returns.

The cheery sorts will face a series of six events over the course of the day before one of them is crowned champion.

In 2010, Chaddy the Owl from Oldham Athletic took the title, and the contenders this year include our very own MK Dons duo Donny and Mooie, Xscape’s Ape, Pucky from MK Lightning and Gulliver’s Gully Mouse...but there will be plenty of new-city outsiders trying their hardest to come top of the league too.
