What a beauty

NORTHERN Ballet tread lightly this week when they return to MK Theatre, this time with a new production of Beauty & the Beast.

A handsome Prince is transformed into a Beast as a punishment for his ugly arrogance.

The only way the spell can be broken is by true love.

But surely such a monster is unloveable?

When a beautiful young woman is sent to live with the beast, her initial fear subsides when she realises that he yearns only for a love she cannot return.Haute couture-style costumes and simply sensational dancing will entrance, against a musical score by Bizet, Debussy, Poulenc and Faure, delivered live by Northern Ballet Sinfonia.
