239 new homes to be built as part of housing estate expansion near Milton Keynes

Bellway is set to build the new homes in Wavendon View in March and it will be an extension of their current housing estate in Wavendon Chase, which sits just off of the A421 near the village of Wavendon.

There is set to be one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses available at Wavendon View and also 74 'affordable' homes for local people.

The total combined houses in Wavendon Chase and Wavendon View will stand at 407 once the development is finished.
