and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The move will provide much-needed additional space to accommodate growing demand and enhance the advice services already offered to communities across the city.
Currently based at Acorn House in CMK, the charity has begun the process of relocating its team of 60 staff and volunteers to Clarendon Drive in Wymbush this month and will continue the transition through until the end of April, eventually offering improved facilities for both clients and staff.

The charity’s Director, Ben Thomas, said:
“This move is an important step forward for us. Demand for our services is growing year on year and having a larger, more functional space will help us to better support residents who need our advice. The new bureau provides an improved environment for our advisers, volunteers, and clients, ensuring we remain a vital support system for MK’s rapidly growing population”
The charity has been serving Milton Keynes for the last 53 years, helping over 500,000 residents during that time to resolve over 2.5m problems, including debt, benefits, housing, employment, and consumer rights. With the move, Citizens Advice aims to strengthen its services while maintaining the same commitment to being there for local people when they need it most.
Mr Thomas added:
“We’ve been in Acorn House for over 25 years, and we know that some people are bound to visit our old premises by mistake at first. We are doing everything we can to update our contact details online and with other directories, and partner organisations. We strongly encourage anyone seeking advice to check our website and social media for the latest information before getting in touch.”
