Gym owner Rob Francis said: "Our event is free to attend but the only way to join in is to pre-book, as per government guidelines for the hospitality industry."

You can book your slot via the energie App if you’re an energie regular. Other people can call 07923 164 954 or email [email protected] to secure a spot.

"By law, we need to keep your details on file for four weeks, as per government guidelines should we need to track and trace," said Rob.

You must be over to attend and contactless payments only will be accepted for food and drink

Entry times are staggered with a 15 minute turnaround between sessions, and there will be a controlled one way system in and out of the Bar and Grill

The six person limit remains outdoors and groups will be limited to five people plus an instructor.

"There will be no loud music and no shouting. Music will be played at a level where normal conversation can be heard and nobody needs to unduly raise their voices," said Rob.

Classes will be streamed on Zoom live for people to do at home if they wish.

Rob said: Like our fellow local businesses, we’re all about delivering a quality service. We want to allow punters to have fun, enjoy themselves yet also ensure they look after their mental and physical wellbeing by exercising and staying healthy."
