New gym opened in Milton Keynes creating 30 jobs

A Fitness First gym has opened in Milton Keynes it's the 44th site launched, and is located at Unit B on Stadium Way West.

Alongside new gym equipment the club boasts a swimming pool, sauna and free parking.

From May 17, yoga, pilates, spin and Les Mills bodypump classes will be running on site. The fitness chain is also promising exclusive signature classes focussed on strength and cardio training.

The gym is open now at the following times: 6:00am till 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am till 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Fitness First members gain access to the FFX app, offering contactless check-in, class bookings seven days in advance, activity tracking via all main health trackers, curated workouts, and access to FFX On Demand, which is online classes and workouts, accessible 24/7 from anywhere.

Fitness First is offering six-month membership contracts with no joining fee and one free month until May 12.
