No sign of McDonald's opening yet in MK - but you can order a Smashburger instead

McDonald's rival Smashburger have opened up their Kingston centre restaurant today for a delivery service.

They have teamed up with Deliveroo and Uber Eats and Just Eat.

Meanwhile McDonald’s has now reopened 32 of its drive-through restaurants throughout the UK.

But so far the nearest ones to Milton Keynes are Dunstable and Luton.

They are offering a limited menu between 11am and 10pm, with workers separated from customers by a perspex screen at the drive-through window.

Customers will be asked to pay using a contactless method if possible and spending is capped at £25 per car.
