Creative ITC establishes U.S. headquarters in Houston as part of global expansion strategy

Creative ITC, a global high-performance private cloud infrastructure platform provider specialising in GPU-accelerated digital workspace environments for design and engineering-intensive industries, has established its U.S. headquarters in Houston, strengthening its ability to deliver and manage private cloud and digital workspace infrastructure services for architecture, engineering and energy firms across North America.
This news follows Creative ITC’s opening of two new UK offices in Basingstoke and Milton Keynes, and new data centres in Jaipur and Melbourne, and marks the next phase of the company’s global growth strategy as it sees increasing demand from international clients.
Creative ITC operates a multi-region infrastructure platform spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, supporting thousands of users worldwide across AEC and energy organisations – ranging from mid-sized firms to global enterprises – to securely access and run complex design and operational systems without maintaining their own IT environments.
The UK-founded company has supported customers in North America for more than a decade through this global delivery platform and infrastructure footprint. The new, dedicated U.S. headquarters formalises its presence in the region and provides a platform to expand delivery capacity, improve responsiveness and support growing customer demand. The company is also exploring partnerships in the U.S. as it builds its regional presence, with encouraging early conversations.

“This expansion reflects both the demand we’re seeing in the U.S. and our long-term commitment to supporting clients internationally,” said Keith Ali, CEO of Creative ITC. “Our customers operate some of the world’s most demanding design and engineering environments. They require infrastructure that delivers consistent performance, resilience and security at scale. By establishing our U.S. headquarters, we can better replicate our UK and EMEA success – supporting firms in mission critical environments locally, while upholding the global operational standards our clients expect.”
To support its continued expansion, Creative ITC has appointed Matt Fox as Vice President of Business Development, U.S. market, who brings extensive MSP experience. Based in Houston, Fox leads Creative ITC’s U.S. growth strategy and client engagement, supporting expansion across architecture, engineering and energy sectors.
“Many U.S. organisations are modernising legacy infrastructure while managing complex operational requirements, including mergers, acquisitions and large-scale project delivery,” Fox said. “Our presence in Houston allows us to work directly with US clients and UK-headquartered firms operating overseas, deploying infrastructure environments designed specifically to support their engineering and operational needs.”
Creative ITC supports several of the world’s leading architecture, engineering and energy organisations, including WSP, which relies on Creative ITC to monitor its global IT infrastructure. In the U.S., Creative ITC has also supported mission-critical infrastructure transitions for organisations such as Vertex Energy and CB&I, ensuring continuity during complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

The expanded U.S. capability will initially focus on architecture, engineering and energy organisations, where demand for high-performance digital workspace environments is accelerating. Creative ITC also supports construction firms globally and expects to expand its U.S. presence across the broader construction sector over time.
