Customers are burning passion for fire group

A COMPANY that claims to have never lost a dissatisfied customer in nine years of trading is sponsoring a very appropriate category in this year’s Milton Keynes and North Bucks Business Excellence Awards.

Abbot Fire Group, based in Radclive Road, Gawcott, near Buckingham, is giving its backing to the search for businesses that show excellence in customer care.

Abbot Fire Group has been backing the awards for some years. Company director Nigel Walton said: “As a successful business we are keen to support and recognise other local businesses.

“By sponsoring the excellence in customer care award we can acknowledge other businesses for their achievements and successes.”

Mr Walton is also keen to ensure that firms get their entries in.

He said: “Businesses that are passionate and strive to achieve the best for their customers should enter.

“Whether the business has been customer centric from the outset, or whether developments have been made due to customer interaction and feedback; customers should remain at the forefront of any business.

They also service dry risers and provide fire protection services, including risk assessments, safety training, and advice on legislation.

Last year Abbot Fire Group was commended for the operational excellence award and the year before it won the accolade business of the year.
