First look at new 102-home development in Milton Keynes

Ashberry Homes is building 102 two, three and four-bedroom properties at The Wavendon Collection off Newport Road, part of a wider new neighbourhood of more than 1,000 homes, new schools, a health centre and public open space.

The first properties at The Wavendon Collection will go on sale on Saturday May 15 and will be available to reserve from estate agents, Spicerhaart, in Central Milton Keynes. The sales office is due to open at the development in the summer, with two showhomes set to be unveiled in August. The first homes are expected to be ready to move into in October.
