Royal Mail has got it licked when it comes to delivering post in Milton Keynes

The results were published in the latest Royal Mail Quality of Service report which revealed for the first three quarters of 2019-20 in the MK1 postcode area, it delivered 93.2 per cent of mail the next working day.

Phil Lund, Royal Mail's service delivery leader, said: “We are delighted with our First Class performance in this area. We take our Quality of Service requirements extremely seriously and our postmen and postwomen work hard to deliver high standards of service to all our customers across the UK.”

Royal Mail’s Quality of Service is measured by Kantar, an independent market research company. The latest independent report on performance can be viewed here
