Tripps Removals is announcing the launch of the ‘Young Trailblazer’ award, the latest category in its ‘Moving Stories’ campaign, designed to shine a spotlight on young people across Buckinghamshire who are making a difference.

Following the success of the campaign’s inaugural ‘Charity Champion’ award, Tripps Removals is inviting nominations for this youth-focused accolade. The award celebrates young people aged 18 and under who have achieved remarkable things, whether that’s through outstanding community service, overcoming personal challenges, excelling in their passions despite obstacles, fundraising or inspiring others through their actions.

From all nominations received, one ‘Young Trailblazer’ will be selected to receive a £500 prize to spend as they wish, enabling them to further their positive impact or personal development.

Ben Tripp, owner and managing director of Tripps Removals, a family-run local business that’s been moving people for over 155 years, commented:

“As a business that’s deeply rooted in the region, we witness many younger members of our community quietly contributing to their local area or doing something amazing. As part of our Moving Stories campaign, we want to recognise and celebrate these young people. Whether they’ve shown strength through adversity or gone out of their way to help others, we want to hear about them.”

Nominations for the ‘Young Trailblazer’ award can be made by emailing [email protected]. Submissions should include the nominee’s full name, town or village, age and a brief overview of their achievements or reasons for the nomination. The deadline for submitting a nomination is Sunday 31st August 2025.
