According to Milton Keynes Council (MKC), the Bishop Parker School, in Bletchley, has confirmed one of its members of staff has the virus.
No pupils have been impacted or forced to self-isolate, according to MKC.
The past two days have seen 144 new Covid cases confirmed in MK.
