The Radcliffe School, in Wolverton, sent out an email to parents on Saturday (November 21) saying that a Sixth Form student has tested positive for coronavirus and, as a precautionary measure, the whole bubble has been closed until Wednesday, December 2.

According to Milton Keynes Council, three staff and 11 pupils tested positive at the school this month, forcing 821 pupils to self-isolate. The majority of students are expected to return this week.

The email reads: "I know this news will be disappointing but we wanted to inform everyone as soon as we could, as we want to limit the amount of contact students have with each other and the rest of the community."
