Special needs students create stunning lockdown murals in Milton Keynes
Students from Stephenson and Bridge Academies have created amazing Banksy-style art of the walls of their schools during lockdown.
Both schools have remained fully open throughout the coronavirus pandemic and the pupils wanted to create something to celebrate the dedication of NHS staff.
They hand cut the stencils and chose the colour combinations, then each pupil coloured in a heart to form the rainbow. The final stencil represents a Stephenson/Bridge Academy student.
The project was led by two GSCE students and their teachers Dawn Jeywright, Kelly Blyth and Megan Miles.
Both walls can been viewed from the street, either Crosslands on Stantonbury and Jonathans on Coffee Hall.
