He went out walking early yesterday morning and discovered the remains of several crates of beer and M&S food.
"They created a toilet in the bushes," he said
"I hope their families are very proud of them. When they have infected a loved one, I bet they will be the first to blame the government or anyone else rather than take responsibility.
"It's just plain selfish."
Yesterday the Citizen featured photos of litter and drinks cans left behind from another late-night party at Willen, this time at the Tree Cathedral.
