Just three new cases and no Covid-19 deaths today in Milton Keynes

Despite hundreds of tests being carried out at the CMK drive through centre, there have been just three new cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.

This brings the city's total to 478 since the start of the pandemic.

The death toll stands at 95, with no new fatalities at the hospital in the past 24 hours.

Nationally too, there are signs pandemic is slowing, with a UK death toll of 288 today - the lowest for weeks.

The daily number of UK confirmed cases is 3,985, making a total of 190,584.
