The latest daily Covid data has been released for Milton Keynes and the rest of the UK.

Three more coronavirus related deaths have been confirmed alongside 74 new cases of Covid in Milton Keynes.

The latest deaths bring the city's toll to 404 since the start of the pandemic.

Nationally 19,114 people tested positive today and there were 1,014 deaths.

The current rate of infection in Milton Keynes is 240.2 cases per 100,000. Councillor Peter Marland referenced his concerns with the current infection rate in Milton Keynes during his weekly Covid briefing earlier, today (February 5).

Government figures show more than 10.4 million people have now had their first dose of Covid vaccine and more than 501,000 of them have also had the second dose.
