Milton Keynes police moooove youngsters from concrete cows as part of coronavirus regulations

Thames Valley Police have been out in force to make sure the message gets home during the current lockdown.

A police spokesman said: "A group of youths were mooooved along near to the concrete cows for not adhering to Covid-19 guidance. Road checks in Wolverton were completed along with some foot patrols around Willen Lake."

And today when police stopped drivers in the city, they found it was much quieter than before,

The spoken added: "It’s refreshing to hear that some were not only getting shopping for themselves but for family members too, limiting the number of people out."

On Friday, we reported how Thames Valley Police Chief Constable John Campbell had praised the public for obeying the new rules which had already resulted in 16 arrestsincluding one man being jailed for spitting at officers.
