Milton Keynes' popular Punk Punters nightclub closes due to coronavirus

In a statement issued today, the owners said: " Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, it has become necessary to temporarily close down the club with immediate effect in the interests of public health.
"It is important that we all follow strict government guidelines throughout this period. We would advise all our customers, their families and friends to tune in to Boris Johnson’s daily briefing at 5 pm.

"It might not seem like it now, but worldwide measures are already working, so let us all work hard on fighting the virus now, so we can all look forward to a great future."
