Milton Keynes records over 360 new Covid cases today

Over the past 24 hours 364 more people in Milton Keynes have tested positive for coronavirus, making a total of 7,425 since the start of the pandemic.

There have been no new deaths recorded in Milton Keynes, the total number of deaths since the Covid crisis began is now 245 (total number of deaths since the start of the pandemic of people whose death certificate mentioned COVID-19 as one of the causes).

Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 39,237 and now stands at 2,149,551.

The number of deaths has risen by 744 to 69,051.

The new figures were recorded between 5pm on Monday, December 21, and 5pm on Tuesday, December 22.
