Milton Keynes school sends another year group home in space of two days

A Milton Keynes school has had to send another year group home this week following a rise in positive Covid-19 cases

Shenley Brook End School sent an email out to parents today (Tuesday) alerting them that the whole of Year 11 has been sent home due to a rise of positive cases of the virus.

The email, signed by head teacher Chris Holmwood, says the Year 11 students have to self-isolate and will be allowed to return to school in the New Year.

According to Milton Keynes Council's figures, around 100 people were self-isolating at the school at the end of November.
