Milton Keynes woman dons wedding dress during lockdown to make us smile

We are all coming to terms with the lockdown - some of us are cleaning the house, some are taking up art, other coping with the demands of home tutoring.

But for Carole Green, of Wolverton, she's decided a great way to get through the period of uncertainty if with a little silliness.

She said: "With all of the bad news at the moment surrounding COVID-19, I made a choice to try and make a few people smile."

And she declared the day she went shopping as Wedding Dress Wednesday.

As well as buying her weekly shop, she took her exercise and cleaned the house in her wedding dress too.

It certainly made us smile at MK Citizen.
