A school near Milton Keynes had to send home a whole year group because of one Covid-19 infection which created staff shortages

The Elizabeth Woodville School, in Deanshanger, sent a letter out to parents on Thursday, November 12, saying a Year 8 student at the south site had tested positive.

A number of people were affected and had to self-isolate, leading to the staff shortage and the sending home of the year group.
